
Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Replacements

At Apple Store Pakistan, we prioritize the security of your purchase, the authenticity of your products, and a transparent shopping experience for all customers across Pakistan.
Important: To protect yourself and ensure smooth claim processing, you must record a continuous unboxing video when you receive your parcel. This video is required for any claims regarding damage, missing items, or authenticity.
1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Origin: All products are shipped from our operations hub in Main Bazar, Paharpur, DI Khan.
Order Processing:
- COD Orders: Processed within 24 hours of placement.
- Prepaid Orders: Processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled on the next business day.
Delivery Timelines:
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2–3 business days
- Other Areas & Rural Districts: 3–5 business days
Shipping Charges:
- Flat fee of Rs. 250 nationwide
- We cover additional courier costs (~Rs. 150 per parcel) to keep premium Apple products affordable
Courier Partner: LCS Courier. A tracking ID will be sent via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
2. Returns & Replacement Policy
Eligibility Window: Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Accepted Reasons for Returns/Replacements:
- Damaged on arrival
- Defective items
- Incorrect item sent
- Authenticity concerns (fake/replica)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used items (unless defective)
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Replacement Process:
- Contact our support via WhatsApp at 0305-9303892 with your order number and unboxing video.
- Once approved, carefully ship the item back to our DI Khan address.
First Attempt Priority:
In all cases, our first attempt will be to provide a replacement. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed instead.
Shipping Reimbursement:
- Pakistan Post (Dak Khana): 100% reimbursement of return shipping costs
- Private Couriers: Flat Rs. 150 reimbursement; remaining balance is customer responsibility
Price Adjustments:
If your replacement has higher specifications (e.g., higher storage), pay the price difference within 3 days. Failure to agree to the new price will cancel the replacement request after 3 days.
Replacement Fulfillment:
Once returned items are received and approved, your replacement item will be promptly dispatched.
3. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Order cannot be delivered
- Fake or incorrect item delivered
- Replacement for defective item unavailable
Non-Refundable:
Change of mind after dispatch (courier charges are non-refundable)
Refund Process:
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Package Inspection & Security
- Inspect Before Acceptance: If the package appears damaged or tampered, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
- Failed Delivery: Incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients may incur reshipment charges.
- Authenticity Guarantee: Only 100% original Apple products. Fake items are fully refunded, including shipping charges.
