At Apple Store Pakistan, we prioritize the security of your purchase, the authenticity of your products, and a transparent shopping experience for customers across Pakistan.
Important Notice
To protect yourself and ensure smooth claim processing, you must record a continuous unboxing video when receiving your parcel. This video is required for any claims regarding damage, missing items, or authenticity concerns.
Our first attempt will always be replacement, regardless of the issue or type of case.
1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Origin: All products are shipped from our operations hub in Main Bazar, Dera Ismail Khan, Pakistan.
Order Processing
- COD Orders: Processed within 24 hours of placement.
- Prepaid Orders: Processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timelines
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2–3 business days
- Other Areas & Rural Districts: 3–5 business days
Shipping Charges
- Flat nationwide shipping fee: Rs. 250
- We cover additional courier expenses to keep premium Apple products affordable.
Courier Partner: LCS Courier. A tracking ID will be shared via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
2. Returns & Replacement Policy
Eligibility Window: Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Accepted Reasons for Returns/Replacements
- Damaged on arrival
- Defective items
- Incorrect item received
- Authenticity concerns (fake or replica products)
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used items unless proven defective
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Replacement Process
- Contact our support team on WhatsApp at 0305-9303892 with your order number and unboxing video.
- Once approved, carefully ship the item back to our Dera Ismail Khan address.
First Attempt Priority:
In all cases, our first attempt will be to provide a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
Shipping Reimbursement
- Pakistan Post (Dak Khana): 100% reimbursement of return shipping costs
- Private Couriers: Flat Rs. 150 reimbursement; remaining shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility
Price Adjustments:
If the replacement product has upgraded specifications or a higher price, the customer must pay the price difference within 3 days. Otherwise, the replacement request may be cancelled.
Replacement Fulfillment:
Once the returned item is received and approved, the replacement product will be dispatched promptly.
3. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- Order cannot be delivered
- Fake or incorrect product delivered
- Replacement unavailable for a defective product
Non-Refundable:
Change of mind after dispatch. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Package Inspection & Security
- Inspect Before Acceptance:
If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and contact us immediately. - Failed Delivery:
Incorrect shipping information or unavailable recipients may result in reshipment charges. - Authenticity Guarantee:
We only deal in 100% original Apple products. Any fake item will be fully refunded, including shipping charges.
