1. Is this the official website of Apple Inc.?

No. our store is an independent retail website and has no affiliation, endorsement, or official association with Apple Inc..

We operate as a private e-commerce business in Pakistan, offering carefully sourced genuine products through trusted supply channels. All trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification purposes.

2. Are your products original?

Yes. We provide 100% authentic accessories and devices sourced through trusted channels. Every item is checked before dispatch to ensure originality, condition, and customer satisfaction.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Online bank transfer / digital payment options

All payments are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4. How long does order processing take?

  • Cash on Delivery orders: usually processed within 24 hours

  • Online paid orders: processed after payment confirmation within 24 hours

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

5. What are the shipping charges?

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 is charged per order across Pakistan.

6. Which courier service do you use?

We use reliable nationwide courier partners including M&P Courier for secure delivery.

7. How can I track my order?

After dispatch, our support team shares your tracking ID so you can monitor shipment progress through the courier tracking system.

8. What is your refund or replacement policy?

Refunds or replacements are offered only when:

  • Item arrives defective

  • Wrong item is delivered

  • Parcel is damaged during transit

  • Replacement is not available

9. Can I change or cancel my order?

  • Before dispatch: order can be changed or cancelled

  • After dispatch: item change may be possible, but cancellation may not be available due to courier charges

10. Do you offer delivery outside Pakistan?

Currently, delivery is available only within Pakistan.

11. What if my parcel arrives damaged?

If parcel seal appears broken or suspicious:

  • Do not accept opened parcels

  • Contact support immediately

If internal damage is discovered after opening, contact support for resolution.

12. Why do some items come without retail packaging?

Some imported products may arrive without original retail boxes because suppliers ship them separately to reduce import cost and handling risk. Product condition remains brand new and verified before delivery.

13. Can products be verified online?

Certain devices such as iPhones, tablets, laptops, and watches can be checked using serial numbers on official manufacturer verification systems.

Smaller accessories such as cables, adapters, and earphones may not always carry individual serial verification.

14. Are your products used?

No. All items are sold as brand new condition products unless clearly stated otherwise.
